Sigh. Humans are fallible and, even with hard work, good skills, and the best of intentions, produce software and documentation with flaws. We at Canitag Apps N Crafts have provided this problem center in an attempt to make a bad situation a little less painful. You can file reports on problems you have found, look for reports already filed by others, use the voting button to flag issues that are particularly painful for you, see if there a known work-around, and monitor what we're working on to fix the reported flaws.

We know it's hard to be civil when frustrated, but please try to keep a civil tone in your problem reports. Please use our feature request or product request forums if your frustration is the lack of functionality that you want.

When we read a problem report, we will evaluate it to determine whether it sounds like a genuine report or whether it is unintelligible, spam or otherwise inappropriate. Genuine reports are added to our bug database and tagged with a rating (G=civil tone, X=not fit for tender ears). Other submissions are deleted. We also delete submissions to manage our website size and performance.
